Hi Steven, I hoe you are well.
By the look of your post, you were feeling a little bit frustrated with problems with your machines and I can understand that.
I can only speak from experience and whenever we have had any issues at all, Mike at Host (UK) has always done his utmost to deal with things promptly and efficiently. In fact I know he has travelled fair distances to resolve issues for people.
However, any company that says nothing ever goes wrong are probably doing no business at all but a sign of a good supportive business is how they deal with problems and get them sorted. Mike has always taken it onboard when things having gone to plan and I know that he is fiercely proud and protective of the Host brand.

Talk to him and he will deal with your issues.

You can always call me if you wish at anytime. You have my details. It's good to talk.

All the best Ken.

Hi Ken,
Thanx for your post, issues have been resolved! The problem wasnt with HOST (uk) but someone else, I had a major problem but felt i got "fobbed off" I then found a company in wallington (who i must say are brilliant!) Who got on with the job of repairing my machines. However richard from HOST (uk) seemed very concerned with what was going on, mike paid for the new motor for the Aridex machine which i thought was very good of him! i will be phoning him early new year to say thank you! And im hoping this will lead to a good professional working relationship!

Speak soon!
Steve...

P.S it would be good to get this forum more active! ie perhaps HOST(uk) could put information about products or training etc. or HOST users like us to post tips or answer questions or post questions that kind of thing!

Hi Claudia,

We're not sure what you're talking about, so we passed your question along to someone else to look at. We'll let you know what his response is.

Hi Claudia,

From what your describing sounds like a piece of fin as broken off from the fan, May have been coursed by the zip.

Claudia,

Any type of clicking noise tells me it is intermittent per revolution of the brushes. Either the retainer cap on the belt pulley is damaged or there is a piece of the belt itself missing.

It may be best to take this machine to your local distributor to have them look at it. If they don't do repair work, have them contact us for advice on fixing this machine.

the belts are fine its the motion in the fan itself when i opened the machine a piece of the aluminum fan in the plate that spins. you know how there is a plate that has holes so the fan can breath inside there is a nut and a big washer holding the aluminum a piece of it broke off and looks like thats whats causing the machine to sound like that because i opened another that i have and i put it back together same way after cleaning and sounds great , so the alum plat that spins is the problem. it sounds like its too tight when it spins and the sound of a big air flow is going through since that rectangle alum piece in the center is gone. am sure you know what am talking about that alum piece has about maybe 5-6 spin plates in the center

its these parts two parts m50113 & m50209 thats causing problems the picture dosent show the aluminum plate on the inside but thats the piece am talking talking about, machine sounded really loud like there was somthing in it, i opened it and found a zipper and a piece of the alum broken it still sounds loud. i opened up other liberator like i have explained in last post and put it back together and everything is fine only part i see messed up is that alum plate. that spins , and some reason it tightens up and the motor has to work harder to spin which is causing smoke. am not forgetting a piece so idk why its doing that also now

Claudia,

I really think you need to take the machine to your local distributor and have them repair it - or they will send to us to repair.
