Replacing Broken Belts-Liberator

Disconnect Liberator from power and remove the Velcro skirt. Remove gear case cover by removing the 6 screws and remove 2 screws on the large pulley and lift off pulley flange. Cut damaged belt with scissors and remove it. Put new belt on small pulley first and work it on the large pulley by turning the cleaning brushes by hand. Replace pulley flange, screws, gear case cover and Velcro skirt.

Replacing Broken Belts-Freestyle

Disconnect Freestyle from power and remove the Velcro skirt. Remove gear case cover by removing the 5 screws and remove screw in center of small pulley and slide out pulley cap. Remove the 2 screws on large pulley and lift off flange. Cut damaged belt with scissors and remove it. Put new belt on small pulley first and work it on the large pulley by turning the cleaning brushes by hand. Replace pulley flange, screws, gear case cover and Velcro skirt.
